Common boas are deceptively great beginner snakes. Other than their size (a pro for many) they are hardy, great feeders and easy to care for. With their size they can range from 6-10ft with females topping those scales.

Handling: fine handled but can be vocal though hook training is recommended for when they grow.
Size range: currently around 2ft, As adult female 7-10ft
Housing and habitat: At current a 3ft vivarium with upgrade to minimum 6ft x 2ft vivarium as adult, larger is recommended.
If you’ve got the space for a 6ft viv then go big or go home with a great species like this!
Temps: 30-32°C Hot spot
Humidity: 50-60%
UVB: optional 2.4/7%

After you place an order you will receive an automated confirmation email. You will receive a second email from us personally as soon as possible to discuss your kit and set-up, collection or delivery date.
You can cancel your order for free and get a full refund if you let us know within 24 hours of receiving the second email from us.
If you choose to cancel after 24 hours of receiving the second email from us, then we will retain 25% of the price of each animal in your order. This is to help cover the cost of housing, feeding and caring for the animal(s) while they were reserved for you — and no one else could buy them.
