In the wild this New Caledonian species is critically endangered due to habitat loss and a slow breeding cycle.
This species is one of but a few viviparous geckos, meaning they give birth to live young!

A great enclosure for an adult would be a 45x45x90 Exoterra with thermostatically controlled overhead heating and UVB lighting.
We recommend basking temperatures between 26-28C with night time drops above 18C.
They are a high humidity species so require regular spraying or use of a misting system to maintain humidity levels around 60-80% which will naturally increase at night.

If you choose to cancel after 24 hours of receiving the second email from us, then we will retain 25% of the price of each animal in your order. This is to help cover the cost of housing, feeding and caring for the animal(s) while they were reserved for you — and no one else could buy them.
