Enclosure recommendations
The minimum size enclosure for this species is a 45×45×90cm glass terrarium. They should be provided with a thermostatically controlled overhead heat source and UV lighting.
Temperatures should be measured with a digital thermometer or heat gun for accuracy.
Green Keel-bellied lizards require plenty of climbing opportunities within their enclosure in the form of branches, cork pieces and vines, as they will spend most of their time above ground.
They do especially well in a live-planted, bioactive environment as this helps to maintain their humidity requirements.
