Phantasmal Poison Dart Frog For Sale - Epipedobates Tricolor
“Probably the best service I have ever witnessed from any business. Due to the time I placed my order the delivery would have taken a while so they went out of their way to deliver in person. Would definitely recommend these guys to everyone, 5/5.”

Average Lifespan: 5 to 10 years
Suitability: Well-researched beginner
Diet: Large fruit flies (d. hydei) and Micro crickets
This species does well in groups
Natural Habitat: Rainforests of Ecuador
Handling
Don’t let the name scare you, poison dart frogs are only dangerous when they consume their wild diet. In captivity they are safe to keep, although we avoid touching them unless essential for the frog’s well-being, as their skin is very sensitive and absorbent.
Enclosure recommendations
A bioactive glass terrarium with leaf litter, branches and live plants is ideal. UV lighting is beneficial. Any heating should be thermostatically controlled.
The enclosure should be kept humid (80-100%) but should not become stagnant, and a shallow water bowl should be provided that is refreshed daily.
