These are a beautiful terrestrial species of new world tarantula native to Northern South America, who will most commonly be found in burrows.

This species can reach sizes of 13cm excluding leg span, with some specimens reaching 30cm!
These are a great beginner tarantula, however due to being a new world species they do have urticating hairs that can cause irritation. Therefore we don’t recommend handling.
While delivery is an option with these animals, due to their sensitive nature we suggest collecting them from either of our stores.
